CC Property is led and founded by Managing Partner Frank Hageali and Partner Tom Cranfield, who draw on a combined 30 years of property and finance experience. Frank and Tom left major financial institutions where they ran, managed & analysed portfolios of Institutional, Corporate & Commercial Clients. CC Property is an active market participant in; Development, Finance, Project Management, Real Estate & Advisory.
The business holds Key relationships with Private & Public Enterprise, Financial Institutions, Accounting, Legal & Professional Services Firms.
Frank is a certified property valuer and has completed a Bachelor of Economics, Masters in Property Investment & Development, is an API Certified Property Practitioner and Funds Manager, a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia and a fully licensed NSW real estate agent.
Tom undertook a Bachelor of Commerce, is a graduate of ANZ’s Masterclass program and spent time working in Singapore for ANZ’s International & Institutional Banking Division.
Collectively Frank and Tom spent several years working side-by-side on one of ANZ’s largest Corporate Property Portfolios - Frank as Senior Associate Director and Tom as Lead Analyst.
